This role has an extensive knowledge of EDI payment adjudication. This role is responsible for retrieving, deciphering, reconciling, and posting all internal & external payments. Also, interpreting and distributing remittance data for accurate account reconciliation and handling a high volume of payment & adjustment transactions on a daily basis. Moreover, it is responsible for the reconciliation and balancing of the Patient Accounting System to the organizations banking institutions. Finally, it ensures the accuracy of all payment transactions by monitoring and reporting any discrepancies, rejections, and returned transactions to Management and the Accounting Department for appropriate tracking and resolution.
