Self Storage Facility Manager

The self storage Facility Manager is responsible for managing all onsite operations of this 500 unit self storage property. Responsibilities include:
o Maximizing rental income. o Preparing rental agreements. o Scheduling and training personnel. o Maintaining general curb appeal. o Overseeing rental collection and delinquent rents. o Resolves minor renter disputes o Shops competitors from time to time.
o Position requires administrative and organizational skills o Ability to organize and prioritize workloads o Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel o Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including excellent telephone skills) o Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.

Qualified candidates will possess a minimum two years of management or related self storage experience, excellent sales and customer service skills are a must. Valid drivers' license required.
$25,000 or negotiable based on experience. Live-on-site apartment provided. Generous bonus plan.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
