Customer Service Coordinator, Leesburg, FL JOB Overview:
Responsible for the coordination, processing and follow up of customer service requests.
Perform clerical functions to support daily business needs.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1.
Answer incoming calls and place calls to address customer requests 2.
Complete written customer service requests to enter into a CRM database 3.
Schedule service technicians daily work 4.
Follow up on service technician work completion 5.
Enter warranty claims into manufacturer systems 6.
Perform quality checks on manufacturer replacement orders 7.
Travel to customer locations, as needed 8.
Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS:
1.
Minimum of 2 years working in an office setting preferred 2.
Strong typing and computer skills 3.
Ability to communicate clearly effectively with customers and employees 4.
Skilled at multi-tasking, prioritizing and managing time efficiently 5.
Must be punctual, organized and detail oriented 6.
Strong problem solving skills 7.
Experience coordinating customer service requests, preferred 8.
Mechanical/Construction background, a plus 9.
Capable of working in a team to achieve company goals 10.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record 11.
High School diploma or equivalent required Custom Windows and Exterior Design, Inc.
