Our cleaning company is looking for a diligent and proactive Commercial Cleaner to join our team.
As a cleaner, your responsibilities include not only maintaining the cleanliness of commercial spaces, but also fostering a welcoming and positive environment for everyone who walks in the building.
Your assigned route will involve covering three buildings from Monday to Friday, starting at 5 pm every day.
One building is located in Leesburg and two buildings are located in Tavares.
The starting rate is $875 gross per month for a two person team.
Key
Responsibilities:
Perform standard cleaning duties including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, office and bathroom cleaning, restocking toilet paper and paper towel dispensers.
Safely use and maintain cleaning tools such as mop and pad poles, and vacuums.
Take good care when handling all cleaning supplies to prolong their lifespan.
Follow all health and safety regulations when handling cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed in the building to your immediate supervisor.
Work independently with minimal supervision, maintaining high levels of efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a cleaning role, particularly within commercial buildings required.
Ability to handle a physical workload including walking, bending and standing for extended periods of time.
Ability to read and comprehend chemical labels along with written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and pride in providing a beautiful environment for our clients.
Daily attendance and punctuality are critical; must be reliable and dedicated.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work sites.
Adhere to our dress code and appearance standards by wearing the assigned company shirt.
You must be eligible to work in the United States and furnish a valid Driver's License and Social Security Card if you are selected for the position.
Candidates must successfully undergo a background check as required.
