Field Service Technician, Leesburg, FL JOB Overview:
Performs lanai window and door services at customer locations ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1.
Travel to customer locations to complete service 2.
Adhere to the time frame of the service request 3.
Diagnose and resolve problems based on a customer's non-technical description 4.
Communicate with customers regarding arrival time for their service 5.
Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS:
1.
Skilled at using basic tools 2.
Experience measuring, caulking and rolling in screen 3.
Strong problem-solving skills 4.
Competent at managing time on service calls 5.
Must be punctual and reliable 6.
Capable of working independently 7.
Physical fitness to lift heavy windows and use of a ladder 8.
Able to communicate effectively with customers and employees 9.
Have a valid driver's license with a 5-year good driving record 10.
Prior experience working in the window or construction industry preferred 11.
High School diploma or equivalent required Custom Windows and Exterior Design, Inc.
